We are a full-service CPA firm serving clients located all across Southern California. We work with small to medium sized businesses, their owners, individuals, non-profit organizations, and specialize in homeowners associations. Our Firm is dedicated to meeting the accounting, auditing, consulting, bookkeeping and tax needs of a variety of entities and industries. 

We are part of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs “Peer Review” program. A peer review is a systematic review of a firm’s accounting and auditing services performed by a CPA who is unaffiliated with the firm being reviewed to ensure that work performed conforms to the highest professional standards.

Our team includes very experienced CPAs with both public and private experience. The principals of our firm are Krista and Randy.

We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Community Association Institute, Chartered Global Management Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and National Association of Tax Professionals.

Krista Scott, CPA, CGMA

Krista graduated with Summa Cum Laude and Department Honors from California State University, San Bernardino with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentration in Accounting.  She passed all four parts of the CPA exam on the first attempt. This is a task achieved by only a few.  In addition, to her CPA license, Krista has achieved the CGMA designation. She moved to the desert in 1986 from the Los Angeles area.

She has held positions in both the private and public sectors. Her positions have ranged from an accountant, to vice president in banking, to a chief financial officer at a community college district. She began her public accounting experience in 1994. With over 25 years of experience working with various companies and industries during all phases of their growth cycle, Krista brings a professional dedication and an accounting background that is unmatched. Now focusing on homeowners associations, she brings a new level of specialty.

Randy Scott, CPA, CGMA

Randy obtained his B.S. in accounting from San Diego State University, a top-tier accounting program. He started his public accounting career in 1987 in San Diego and then relocated to the Palm Springs area and has been practicing there for the last twenty-plus years. In addition to his CPA license, Randy has achieved the CGMA designation.

Randy has both private and public accounting experience and has provided tax, audit, business valuation, purchase/sale of a company, entity selection and many other accounting services to all entity types (individuals, corporations, S-Corps, LLCs, Partnerships, Sole Proprietors, Fiduciary, Non-Profits, etc.) in a variety of industries.
